His power and strength on the field is unmatched by any opponent. 2017 is already off to a great start for the young star as he has already been named Champion of the Brazilian cup with Vasco Da Gama and Winner of the Copa America. San Diego, Ca. Nick is currently the captain of the US Beach Soccer National Team. With his 2016 Goal of the Year, Perera has definitely put US Beach Soccer on the map. When Nick isn't tucking goals on the sand, he plays professional indoor soccer for the Ontario Fury and also represents the USA in Futsal. Nick is also a former D1 soccer player who won a National Championship with UCSB in 2006. Awards & Honors - 2016 BSWW Goal of the Year. NASSC Tournament MVP & Top Scorer 2016. Nominated US Soccer Goal of the Year 2016.
